Message	lol, wish it was that simple. To sue someone for $1200 it would cost you at LEAST that much in time off of work or lawyer fees if you just get a lawyer. And if they can't afford insurance what are the chances that they'll be able to pay the cash a judge tells them to pay? Can't squeeze milk from a bull, you'll be shit-out-of-luck thirsty.
